Rachel is the CEO and founder of Adjacent. She holds Masters degrees from the University of Michigan, in Urban Planning and in Information Science. Previously she was the CTO and Co-founder of Paradigm LABS and has also held various positions at 1863 Ventures, Major League Hacking, the Brookings Institution's Metropolitan Policy Program, and the World Resources Institute. She was a Forbes 30 Under 30 Nominee for 2019. When not building a better future in this world, she loves to cook, hike, and read about the future in far off galaxies.
